Bulk storage

The CIC bulk facility is a bespoke design. Utilizing our years of experience in this field we have taken great care to ensure that our bulk handling of product is undertaken to the very highest of standards. Our trained warehouse staff were fully involved in this design procedure so that the essentials of rapid discharge of incoming material, safe handling and storage and professional onward loading were to be met.

The bulk facility has a capacity of 1000mt split between 3 silos and 7 bays. All material stored is segregated to guarantee that there is total separation of the origin of the product. Before dispatch all material passes through metal detection and over magnets, further should it be a requirement we can also sieve the product. Product can be supplied in bulk form or in big bags. Our big bags are automatically filled and each bag sits on a new pallet, is plastic lined and individually weighed.

All products supplied from the CIC bulk store have samples taken and these samples are retained for a minimum of five years. We can provide standard analysis to our customer’s requirements to give assurance of the integrity of the material we supply.
