Fish protein hydrolysate is made from whole fish or fish offal from filleting industries and processed in perfect conditions of freshness in order to get a product of high quality. The unique process in the world designed by the “Coopérative de Traitement des Produits de la Pêche” from Boulogne sur Mer, France, is based on a natural enzymatic hydrolysis, a flash pasteurization and spray drying.

In normal storage conditions (cool and dry), the fish protein hydrolysate HP has all its chemical properties

Restriction in usage
Fish protein can not be used for the feeding of ruminant animals according to E.U. regulation.
