Product description
Insoluble liver protein is processed into polypeptides and amino acids having molecular weights low enough to be soluble. Solubilisation of the protein is conducted under controlled conditions of temperature, time and pH. The select enzymatic hydrolysis allows maximum availability and digestibility of the product. The liquid is Pasteurized and spray dried at a low temperature 82°C to insure proper nutritional value and amino acid utilization. An antioxidant and an inert anti-caking agent is added at < 1%.
